randy bb76912023 Set framework.advanced.flash_chip on ESP32 devices to save IRAM 
Values come from ESPHome's own hint in the log of each online device
("Set flash_chip: ... to save IRAM"). Devices that were off got the value of
an identical board (ESP32-PICO-D4 ATOM/Stamp Pico: gd, JC3248W535: generic,
POW Elite: gd), marked as not read from the device.

randy 1a2aec5d01 Document hardware, pinout and I2C devices in a header comment of every device 
Merge the old pinout comment blocks into the header and mark what each pin is used for.

randyandClaude Sonnet 5 c9358e7bd6 Rename deprecated light rgb_order to channel_colors 
ESPHome renamed the esp32_rmt_led_strip platform's rgb_order option to
channel_colors; update the remaining devices using it.

Bulk cleanup: remove trailing whitespace and ensure files end with a
newline. Structural issues (indentation, bracket spacing) left for
per-file fixes.
