Remove version/platform from can devices

Fix trailing spaces and missing newlines in all mcu-*.yaml files
...
Bulk cleanup: remove trailing whitespace and ensure files end with a
newline. Structural issues (indentation, bracket spacing) left for
per-file fixes.
